We are an approved mortgage insurer of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and the Federal Home Loan Bank, and we make it our mission to deliver prompt and accurate service to our servicing partners. Since its inception in 1988, the MIF has serviced over 41,000 MI policies.

MassHousing is committed to ensuring that our customers and business partners have a safe and secure experience when accessing our online tools and applications. To that end, MassHousing will no longer allow SMS to be used as an authentication factor for users of the MIF Servicing site, effective January 8, 2024. Learn more.

Important Notice

The MIF Servicing System was moved to a new platform on May 15, 2023. If you have not done so already, several steps must be taken before you and others in your organization can access the new MIF Servicing System:

MIF Servicing Users: Contact your organization’s administrator, who can provide you with access to the new MIF Servicing System.

Administrators: Learn more about how to set up your account and migrate/create users for your organization by viewing the announcement sent on May 15 or downloading the MIF Servicing System Administrator Guide.
